Project Management: VIP Event Planning and Coordination

This deck was created to present event details to the department stakeholders. As Marketing Coordinator, I organized, planned and executed this 3-day event within budget for 13 VIPs. Tasks included contract negotiation, vendor agreements, location scouting, accommodations, catering, VIP dining event, and transportation arrangements.

Project Management: Product Marketing Videos

This project resulted in a collection of introductory videos that showcase the benefits and value proposition of each product. Additional videos were also created to explaining quick technical information for troubleshooting issues with the product. As Marketing Coordinator, I researched the products, wrote the scripts, planned the shot lists, captured videos, directed scenes, directed voice-over, culled video files, and edited. Other tasks included location scouting, scheduling, lighting setup, talent coordination, feedback sessions, post-production, preparing files, and archiving. These videos have also been treated with Spanish-language and Portuguese-language captioned versions for use by subsidiaries in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.

Product Marketing - Social Media Content

Collaborated with Digital Media Specialist to create content for corporate social media channels. This task included capturing and editing product, event, and workplace photography and video assets. It also included Spanish translation of captions for subsidiary social channels in Mexico and Argentina.
